Senior HR Consultant | Glasgow - Hybrid | Full or Part-Time (minimum 4 days per week)Are you an experienced HR professional looking to move from an internal HR role into consultancy? Or perhaps you're already working in HR consultancy and want to join a growing, supportive team where you can make a real impact?  We’re looking for a Senior HR Consultant to join a growing People Consultancy team in Aberdeen, supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses across the UK.This is a role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with clients at different stages of their growth journey, providing practical HR advice, solving complex people challenges and helping businesses build better workplaces.What you'll be doingYou'll become a trusted HR partner to your clients, providing commercially focused advice across:Employee relations and day-to-day HR mattersEmployment law and HR best practiceHR policies, processes and documentationAbsence, performance, disciplinary and grievance mattersRecruitment, onboarding and employee developmentHR structure and process improvementsBuilding inclusive and values-led workplace culturesDeveloping practical HR toolkits, templates and solutionsAdvising managers and leadership teamsMentoring and supporting other members of the consultancy teamThe key is that you're not simply providing HR advice – you'll understand the client's business, identify what they really need and deliver practical solutions that work.What we're looking forYou'll ideally bring:4+ years' HR experience, with strong employee relations and employment law knowledgeExperience in either an internal HR or consultancy environmentLevel 7 Advanced CIPD or a willingness to work towards itStrong commercial awareness and a consultative approachExcellent communication, listening and relationship-building skillsThe confidence to advise managers, leadership teams and clientsA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetStrong organisation and attention to detailHR systems implementation experience would be advantageousFull driving licence and access to a car – essential due to client-site travelWhy consider it?This is an opportunity to broaden your HR experience, work across different sectors and develop genuine consultancy expertise while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.  You'll join a wider professional services group of 1,000+ people across the UK, Ireland and USA, with access to expertise across HR, finance, tax, audit, corporate finance and wealth management.  You'll have plenty of opportunity to grow, develop your skills, take on additional responsibility and make your mark within a growing consultancy.Interested?If you're an experienced HR professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making a tangible difference to businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
